Submission Requirements

 1. All submitted content must be fully owned by you, the contributor. You must have the complete rights to the content in order to submit it. If there is evidence that you have violated this, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

 2. Only submit your best content.

 3. Study the market and submit content which is trending so as to get maximum sales. Visit the News or the Blog for latest trends.

 

Types of content that we accept :

1. Photos  and Illustration Requirements

2. Vector  Requirements

  • EPS (compatible with Adobe Illustrator 8 or higher)
  • Must include JPEG with matching filename

 

3. Footage/Video Requirements

 

  • HD footage must be submitted as an mp4 file.
  • 4K footage may be submitted as an MP4 file.

Accepted Codecs

In order of preference:

  • Photo-JPEG (quality level between 75 and 90)
  • MJPEG
  • Motion JPEG A
  • Motion JPEG B
  • Apple ProRes 422
  • Apple ProRes 4444
  • DNxHD
  • H.264 (minimum bitrate of 50,000 kbps)

Accepted duration

  • Footage: ≤ 3 minutes
  • Animations: ≤ 5 minutes
  • Templates: ≤ 5 minutes

Accepted file sizes

  • HD: ≤ 4 GB
  • 4K: ≤ 6 GB
  • Templates: ≤ 2 GB

 

 4. Metadata Requirements

There must be a minimum of 6 keywords (although we recommend using between 15 - 30 keywords) on each file submission. 100 keywords is the maximum amount we can accept on a submission.


The title must be at least 16 characters.


The description should be such that it accurately depicts the content of the video or image. It should not be a list of keywords.
Do not repeat words unnecessarily, use unnecessary characters or inaccurately describe the content in your titles or your keywords. We reserve the right to request you edit and resubmit metadata that does not meet our submission requirements.

 

Releases

Any content that depicts an identifiable person (image or voice) must include a model release. Any content that includes an identifiable property (such as a trademark or privately owned building or object) must include a property release.

The exception to these requirements is when the content meets our editorial standards.

Uploading releases

Upload releases to our platform and attach them to the corresponding file(s), either by using the web interface. Releases are accepted in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. Make sure you identify your release types accurately by _select_ing _qt_model_qt_ or _qt_property_qt_ release in the Releases tab.
